Nikolai Vladimirovich Rutecki (Nicholas Rutetsky, alias Belov)

Officer of the 1st Black Sea Colonel Bursak II Regiment of the 2nd Caucasian Cossack Division. That Black Sea Cossacks were stationed in Transcaucasia in the Tiflis (Tbilisi) province in the village Jalal-Ogly (1st squadron), in Vorontsovka (4th and 6th squadrons) and in Tiflis (2th,3th and 5th squadrons).    

Nikolay Petrovich Sidorov

General-Letenant of the Russian Imperial Army. Born December 10, 1828 – died October 1, 1902 (old style). According to information from his personal file, he came from the Novgorod nobles. According to other sources (according to the archival documents of his son Vladimir) – he came from the hereditary Ryazan nobles. According to the memories of his descendants  Sidorov – had related family origins with other famous Russian aristocrats.

Sergey Borisovich Veprov

Soviet architect, military specialist of the Red Army and chief civil engineer of the Main Directorate of Horse Breeding of the USSR People’s Commissariat for Land until 1935.
